Drove 11 hrs for the rzr & wasn't disappointed one bit. The pics represented the machine 100% as in person. Zach and all of the other staff made ya feel right at home. I'd buy from them again when looking for another atv

I can't leave another google review because my review is still new. I have had at least 5 more instance where I have had interaction with Sales, Service, and Parts! We purchased a cooler that was on back order, which like everything now days is normal, cooler came in 6 months later and Parts shipped it to us since we are 6 hours away! We finally were able to use our cooler and it leaked. I reached out to Polaris to make it easier for the dealership, plus they are again 6 hours away and if we needed to send it back it would be to Polaris anyways. I call Polaris and they won't make the claim even though it is a Polaris product. Polaris tells me I need to call the dealer to make a claim, long story short, Vicars was prompt and I had a new cooler in the next 3 days!! They have gone above and beyond. We will continue to use them for our Polaris needs! If only we lived closer I would use them for service as well. They are all extremely helpful and wonderful to interact with! Keep up the great work!

If you just want to buy a utv without the hassle of salesmanship and haggling over an inflated price this is the place. Dusty was easy to talk to and was never trying to "pitch" me anything. I saw a price on his website... and guess what.... that was the price. Isn't that crazy? No hidden fees, no tax, etc.. I tried another dealership down here in Texas (I'm in the central Texas area) and it was like I had walked into a truck dealership(lets ask the manager/ let me show you the numbers/ install fees/tax/this and that/ etc.etc.) The sitting down and haggling stuff never has been my thing. So if you want the lowest price, and no bs, this is the place. I drove 4 hours to get my Can Am Defender HD10 from them. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great experience!

I purchased a motorcycle from Vicars and left very satisfied with their service. Ended up with a price well under MSRP during a Kawasaki sells event without any of the usual haggling. Although the bike had a dead battery it was replaced without complaint by a service tech before I walked out the door. I'd happily go back for any future Kawasaki purchases.

Tires changed and oil and ignition

Payden was my saleman,did a good job keeping me informed on the bikes I was interested in. One was in a crate when I called,they put it together so I could test ride it....thats great service! In the end,they made me a super deal and sent me away on my new Ninja 650 with a big smile on my face.

If I could recommend that the staff do one thing different. It would have a better handle on what their machines are priced at without having to look it up in a book. For some of us the price helps us make our decisions for others it doesn't matter just so they get the machine they need.
